At AbuRass Imports, we pledge to dispatch your order accurately, in pristine condition, and always within the promised timeframe stated on our website. Each order is destined for a single specified address, and for shipments to different addresses, multiple orders must be placed.
We endeavor to ship each item within your order within 2-3 working days, with a possible extension to 5 working days in certain circumstances. Our shipping operations are active on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. To ensure the swiftest and safest delivery, we exclusively utilize UPS.
While we aim to ship all items together, certain product characteristics or availability may necessitate separate shipments.

If you suspect that a product is damaged or the packaging is compromised, kindly refuse the delivery and contact us at (708)-802-2313, citing your order reference number. We will promptly arrange for a replacement delivery.
Enjoy free shipping for orders over $1000, excluding discounted prices. For a flat shipping rate of $25.00, shipping costs are determined by size, weight, and distance, added after packing and weighing. Flat Shipping Rate applies to boxes up to 21 lbs. (18" X 18" X 18"). Overweight charges may apply.
While UPS Ground operates on Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas, packages picked on Saturdays at other times will commence movement on the following Monday.
All our shipping methods offer either flat-rate or Freight options. However, keep in mind that UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturdays.
Despite our efforts, shipments may encounter delays beyond our control. Customers bear full responsibility once packages leave AbuRass Imports. For shipments outside the contiguous 48 states and bulk item shipments, free or flat-rate options do not apply.
Safeguard your high-value shipments by opting for declared value advantage during checkout, covering 1.5% of your total order. Gain peace of mind knowing you can claim your shipment value in case of loss or damage.
Regrettably, we cannot provide COD services due to certain restrictions.
To comply with age verification regulations, AbuRass Imports ships exclusively to commercial addresses. Shipments to residential addresses or P.O. boxes may be canceled without warning, with continued shipping resulting in account cancellation.
