Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, Utah, Vermont,
Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Oregon. For Oregon, all taxes under ORS 323.500 323.645
have been or will be paid, and Virginia Tobacco Products Tax is duly settled. Additionally, Nevada
Excise Tax has been fulfilled by Aburass Imports.
Note: Aburass Imports DOES NOT collect or remit taxes for states not mentioned above.
Retailers are
responsible for reporting, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes in those instances.
Customer Qualification:
To purchase from Aburass Imports, customers must be 21 years or older and possess valid retail
business status. We reserve the right to request additional documentation supporting retail
business credentials. Orders from non-qualified accounts may be canceled.
Warning:

They are not suitable for non-smokers, children, pregnant women, or individuals with certain

Shipping:
Aburass Imports strives to ship items promptly, though shipping time-frames are not guaranteed.
Processing orders may take 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 Business Days). We are not liable for carrier
shipping time-frames, lost items, or international fees.

Incorrect/Damaged/Missing Products:
Claims for incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be made within seven days of the delivery
date. Glass products require damage claims within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Provide
relevant details, including the order number and product photos, to
support@aburassimports.com.
Warranty and Returns:
Defective items may be returned within thirty days of the delivery date. The warranty does not
cover items damaged due to misuse. Certain items, such as atomizers, cartomizers, and batteries,
are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.

Loyalty Reward Coupon codes are non-refundable. In the case of missing or returned products,
reward points are reinstated as store credit.
